Relay For Life® of Shoreline/North Seattle.

June 7th - 8th, 10am-10am  -   King's High School - Woolsey Stadium 

So far, we have Teams: 40  and there are still 18 days until Relay!

Our next Team Captain’s Meeting will be on June 3rd

And don’t forget the mandatory chaperone meeting on May 27th! At least one Team Captain and one chaperone from each youth team must attend this meeting. Please bring your chaperone forms and signed youth waiver forms to this meeting.

Get involved! Celebrate! Remember! Fight Back! 

Side by side tents go around the field as families and friends come together to celebrate a twenty-four hour event filled with inspiration and hope.

We walk, sing and dance side by side while music swells through the stadium and beyond. 

We cheer as cancer survivors round the track side by side with their banner of hope held high. 

We share meals and special treats as we move into the afternoon fun, side by side.
 

 


We place quarters around the track, one by one, side by side.  We collect them all year long just for the doing, to say it can be done—all the way around.  How many will there be?

Later that night, the quarters will be replaced by candles in luminaries side by side around the track Small points of light to remember our loved ones lost; to remember our loved ones cured. How many will there be?
 
Side by side we celebrate…we remember…we fight back.  Yes, side by side we raise our voices and our spirits to say it can be done…cancer will never defeat us, we will overcome!

It’s not just an opportunity to celebrate, remember, and fight back - your involvement will help the American Cancer Society work toward a mission of eliminating cancer as major health issue and will support much-needed services in your community. Congratulations to Laura D'Asaro
Laura D'Asaro, a Junior at Nathan Hale High School, is currently our top individual fundraiser and she is doing it in a most unusual way. Laura is attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the fastest time to crawl a mile on your hands and knees and she plans on setting the new record at this year's Shoreline Relay!
