Dear FSU Relay For Life Participants,

I hope that everyone is enjoying the wonderful summer weather!  Thank you all so much for coming together to bring about another successful Relay For Life event!  All of your hard work this past Relay season is much appreciated.  Without you, cancer wins.  With you, we save lives!  The funds raised thorough Relay helps to give us the tools we need to win this war. 

So far, the Florida State University community has raised a total of $128,000 for the American Cancer Society!  Because of Relay, we are able to fight back with education, advocacy, research, and community services that help our friends and family when they need it most.  However, I have to say that this is not our final amount!  We are still able to fundraise for this year through August 31^st!  Please continue fundraising for this wonderful cause, you may mail any monies raised to our local American Cancer Society office.

I am very excited to announce our new executive committee for FSU Relay For Life of 2009! Thank you to everyone who applied and I am so thankful and thrilled to have such a wonderful group of people to be working with for the upcoming year. 

We currently have an opening for an Entertainment Chair, if anyone is interested or would like more information on the position, please feel free to email me for more information.
